Glamourshoes: Window Shopping at ABC Home and Carpet

I love ABC Home and Carpet, in NYC. Its almost like a museum, but you can touch everything, and if you've saved all of your pennies, you can take the stuff home with you. Everytime I visit my daughter, I try to find some time to stop by. We like to have a bowl of coffee in le pain quotidien, which is attached to the store, and then slip in the through their back door when the store opens. The first floor always feels a little like Christmas to me with all the multi-colored sparkling chandeliers, jewelry and chocolate on display. Taking a ride in the elevator is magical. Pick a floor, any floor, and there are wonders to behold! Haha! That sounds a little much, but it is pretty spectacular! And so much fun! I've yet to buy any furniture there, only chocolate, but if I could, this is what I would choose today.
